Can't get MSDE2000RelA to install

I am doing a test install on a XPsp2 with the firewall turned off prior to
prod on WinStd2003.
I just want a single install as the default instance?
This is my line:
c:\setup /settings "install.ini" /L*v C:/MSDELog.log
I tired c:\ instead of / thinking a typo...still no go.
The ini contains
[Options]
SAPWD="XXXXX"
DISABLENETWORKPROTOCOLS=0
DATADIR="C:\MSDE2000\"
SECURITYMODE=SQL

I tired copying all the 16msi to the setup dir. It is acting like it wants
a msi file specified?
All it does is throw up a GUI Window Installer showing the switches for:

did you get an error installing MSDE?

According to the command it should have created a log...no log exist as
specifed on the switch

|||I tired and it started to insall...I cancelled.
I then went to the ini
I was trying to add some comment for future reference. I was using // to
comment the line.
I changed them to ;
Sorry ... I should have posted all the ini...
I guess I screwed myself...I had searched locally and found some ini that
had both ; and //
I guess ; is prefered.
I am up and running...
