Cant install sql server express...check out these errors

I can't get the download to work...i've tried regular sql server express 2005, the express for sp2 and the express with advanced services.  I keep getting this message after the native client and support files are installed.."This application has failed to start because XOLEHLP.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."Then right after that message is says...
